The Lehigh Valley & Bucks County.
Randy is based in Easton and works across the Lehigh Valley and Bucks County. Each town below has its own page about its houses and what they ask for.

01
Lehigh Valley
Randy is based in Easton, so the Lehigh Valley is home ground: Easton, Bethlehem and Allentown, and the boroughs and townships around them.
- Northampton CountyEaston, PA Nearly two in three Easton homes were built before 1940. Plaster walls, painted brick and slate-roofed Victorians ask for patient preparation, and preparation is what Randy is known for.
- Northampton and Lehigh CountiesBethlehem, PA Bethlehem's houses run from 18th-century Moravian stone to steel-era brick row homes and postwar streets. Each era's walls fail in their own way, and the preparation has to answer that.
- Lehigh CountyAllentown, PA About four in ten Allentown homes were built before 1940. Walls of that age reward patience: plaster made sound and true before any color goes on.
- Northampton CountyNazareth, PA A Moravian settlement until 1858, Nazareth grew into a grid of brick and frame houses around Center Square, now ringed by new subdivisions. Old plaster in town and new drywall outside it both reward patient preparation.
- Northampton CountyHellertown, PA A borough of old Main Street houses and postwar neighborhoods built for families with steel jobs nearby. Old plaster, mid-century walls and sloped upstairs ceilings each need their own kind of care.
- Lehigh CountyCoopersburg, PA A stagecoach stop on the Bethlehem Pike that became a railroad town, with a National Register historic district along Main Street and newer houses spreading across Upper Saucon around it.
- Lehigh CountyEmmaus, PA Emmaus began as a Moravian village of 32 house lots and did its biggest building in the 1950s. Houses from those two eras, and everything between, ask for different kinds of preparation.
- Lehigh CountyMacungie, PA A one-square-mile borough that began as log houses along Main Street, inside a township that grew by more than half in the 2000s. Between them, the walls run from old plaster to two-story great rooms.
02
Bucks County
South of the valley, Bucks County’s boroughs and the stone farmhouses and newer homes around them.
- Bucks CountyDoylestown, PA A borough of fieldstone, plastered brick and porched Victorian frame, next to a township built mostly from 1960 to 1999. Old plaster needs repair before paint; newer drywall needs a finish that holds up under raking light.
- Bucks CountyNew Hope, PA A river town of stone, brick and frame, settled in the 1700s and built up after the canal arrived in 1832. Walls here can face damp masonry and high water, and in the historic district a new paint color needs a certificate.
- Bucks CountyNewtown, PA An old borough of stone and Victorian frame houses, set inside a township built mostly since 1980. Plaster, clapboard and porches in town; drywall from the 1980s and 1990s all around it.
- Bucks CountyQuakertown, PA A masonry town of stone, brick and stucco, full of twins, row houses and front porches, inside a township built mostly since 1980. Plaster and porch floors in the borough, newer drywall in the township around it.
